 : "Delineating treatment response in glioma"\n\n**Abstract**: "Glioma\, th
 e most common malignant brain tumor in adult patients\, is an incurable di
 sease with few treatment options. To understand the impact of evolution an
 d treatment on glioma progression may help therapeutic efficacy and identi
 fy new targetable mechanisms. Through analysis of gliomas over time\, at d
 iagnosis and after recurrence\, and using single cell approaches\, we have
  defined the molecular footprints of treatment. We use our datasets as pla
 tforms for discovery as we prepare for new experiments to ultimately help
