Date: 15 October 2026 @ 09:00 - 17:00

UniProt is the most widely used protein resource in the world, providing the scientific community with a freely accessible collection of protein sequences and functional information. In this webinar, we will explain how to perform sophisticated searches for proteins of interest using our advanced search. We will also demonstrate how to access and run sequence analysis tools such as BLAST and multiple sequence alignments, how to navigate the results, and how protein annotation can be used to further the results analysis. This event is part of the broader "UniProt 2026-2027" series. You can follow the link for more information about the series and its webinars.
