Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how researchers discover and interact with scientific data. In this webinar, we will introduce the PDBe MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and demonstrate how they enable AI assistants and applications to securely access and interact with structural biology data from the Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe). The PDBe MCP servers provide access to PDBe APIs, PDBe Graph data, and search capabilities through the Model Context Protocol, allowing AI tools to work directly with structural biology resources.
