 ker and Apptainer—that enhance portability and reproducibility of analys
 is workflows. You’ll learn how to create containers from scratch\, share
  them with others\, and reuse or adapt existing ones. After an in-depth in
 troduction to Docker\, we will also explore Apptainer (formerly Singularit
 y) and its application in High Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
