We are pleased to host a webinar presented by Maria Vivas-Romero, Data Steward and Research Data Management (RDM) Training Specialist at Maastricht UMC+ DataHub.

A well-designed Data Management Plan (DMP) is essential for ensuring that research data are well-organised, secure, reusable, and aligned with the FAIR principles throughout the research lifecycle. This first session, “Designing and Implementing a Good Data Management Plan – Part 1: Foundations & Planning,” will introduce the core concepts of research data management, the purpose and key components of a DMP, and practical guidance for planning data management from the earliest stages of a research project.

The session will provide researchers, data stewards, clinicians, students, and other stakeholders with practical knowledge and best practices for developing effective Data Management Plans that support high-quality, reproducible, and FAIR research.
