DESCRIPTION:Expression Atlas is an open resource that incorporates high qua
 lity gene expression data from ArrayExpress as well as other data archives
  and sources. Our mission is to provide the scientific community with a to
 ol that allows users to visualise the abundance and localisation of gene a
 nd protein expression data across over 60 different species and thousands 
 of different biological conditions. Expression Atlas aims to help answer q
 uestions such as "where is my favourite gene expressed?" or "how does expr
 ession of my favourite gene change in response to disease?"\n\nThe webinar
  will guide users through:\n\n- Introduction to baseline data which invest
 igate gene expression under normal conditions (without experimental interf
 erence)\n- Introduction to differential data which explore gene expression
  changes in response to perturbations such as disease or compound treatmen
 t\n- Searching for specific genes and conditions\n- Advanced features: vis
 ualising gene information within the Ensembl genome browser\; identifying 
 similarly expressed genes to your gene of interest\; view variable gene ex
 pression and transcript information
