 n this training course\, we introduce the Galaxy framework (https://usegal
 axy.eu) for biomedical data analyses\, and showcase its tools for data han
 dling and preprocessing\, differential gene expression analysis\, bisulfit
 e sequencing analysis\, and Oxford Nanopore data exploration and usage. Le
 ctures will be provided on the topics of RNA and Bisulfite sequencing\, Ep
 igenetics\, and basic statistics\, and followed by hands-on sessions. Fina
 lly\, we showcase a  Galaxy Docker installation for customized workflow an
 alysis.\n\nLearning goals:\n- Know your data\, and the implications of dat
 a preprocessing and quality control\n- Performing differential gene  expre
 ssion analysis using Galaxy\n- Performing differential methylation analysi
 s using Galaxy\n- Handling and analyze Oxford Nanopore sequencing data\n\n
 Prerequisites:\nThis workshop is intended for MSc/PhD students\, postdocs\
 , and researchers with a background in Life Science research. During regis
 tration\, please hand over a poster about a research topic of your choosin
 g. Posters will be presented during our poster session\, which you can use
