ashboard: A Tool for Mapping Multi-Omics Standards\nDate:\n16-17th Februar
 y 2026\n\nLocation:\nHouse of Connection - Groningen\, Netherlands\n\nCont
ents:\nJoin us at the next ELIXIR RCI-M Metabolomics Workshop\, which will
be held in person on 16 and 17 February 2026 in the beautiful city of Gro
ningen (NL) — a unique opportunity for the metabolomics community to sha
pe reproducible\, comparable\, integrable and FAIR metabolomics data!\n\nT
his event presents the first results of the ELIXIR RCI-M implementation st
udy\, which addresses issues of data harmonisation\, semantic modelling an
d metadata standards for metabolomics. Together\, we propose to explore ne
w frameworks for integrating our metabolomic profiles across all omics\, e
nriching our annotations and contributing to the development of ontologies
necessary for our field\, thereby improving comparisons between studies a
nd reliable data interpretation.\n\nLearning goals:\nParticipants will tak
e part in hands-on sessions and learn how to leverage tools (EBI MetaboLig
 hts)\, formats (mzQC\, mzTab-M) and semantic resources (Ontologies\, OLS).
Whether you are a researcher\, developer\, or data manager\, you will hav
e the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of interoperable st
andards and artefacts\, and see how to adopt and evolve them in practice.\
n\nPrerequisites:\nThe workshop is targeted towards early career scientist
s like PhD students and Postdocs\, but also experienced scientists\, who w
ant to learn more about the implementation study outcome and practical exa
 mples for semantic metabolomics.\n\nKeywords:\nLipidomics\, Pre-Analytics
and study design\, Mass Spectrometry\, Data Processing and Analysis\, Visu
 alization
