DESCRIPTION:Recent technological advances have made it possible to obtain g
 enome-wide transcriptome data from individual cells using high-throughput 
 sequencing. This course provides a practical introduction to single-cell R
 NA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis.\n\nParticipants will gain hands-on exp
 erience with widely used software packages and methodologies for processin
 g\, analysing\, and interpreting scRNA-seq data. Topics include data prepr
 ocessing\, quality control\, normalisation\, dimensionality reduction\, ba
 tch correction and data integration\, cell clustering\, and differential e
 xpression and abundance analysis.\n\nBy the end of the course\, participan
 ts should be able to independently conduct and critically evaluate analyse
 s of scRNA-seq experiments.\n\nTeaching is primarily hands-on\, with short
  presentations and demonstrations introducing the concepts and methods nee
